Google x Railtel India: Fast Wi-Fi For All
Train travel is the way people get around India. Many people have smart devices, but do not have a reliable Wi-Fi connection at home. So, Google teamed up with the Indian Railtel to deliver fast Wi-Fi to over 400 train stations in India. At the beginning of 2016, Google Access & Energy helped launch what is now known as Google Station. We helped with the initial messaging, strategy and design.
