Chase Sapphire Reserve

In 2025, I worked with both Chase and Droga to help them relaunch Sapphire Reserve, their luxury credit card. Chase recognized that luxury was evolving, and part of the campaign was about telling stories about experiences, vs. status and accumulation.

The Results 

People signed up for the card: Acquisition velocity 3X pre-launch

People like the card:

— 23% of cardmembers upgraded without considering another card 

— 73% cited of card members cited partner benefits as reasons to choose 

And Chase got attention:  5.4 billion impressions with 75% from outside media
